Before delivery, courier is obliged to agree the time with the customer.
The customer is obliged to be at the indicated address on appointed time. Otherwise, delivery service will be considered to have been fulfilled and it will be necessary to pay extra price for the second delivery.
Terms of cancelling the order:
Cancellation of the order is possible only during 1 hour after the order. In the event of the usage of the mentioned right, the customer gets back complete sum of money.
- Statement of the complaint:
The company takes responsibility and accordingly obligation to refund or replace the product only in case if the product turns out to be defected at the moment of handling the product in to the customer by the courier. Accordingly, the customer is obliged to check the quality of the product at the moment of delivery and address us no later than 1 hour after delivery on contact e-mail/number and send us photos that prove the defects. In the event of exceeding the deadline, neither refund, replace or return of the product will be carried out.
